Last night, I had a series of nightmares where I was dreaming that I was laying in bed trying to scream but couldn’t. I would wake up repeatedly (in the dream) in bed and try to scream and couldn’t. I also dreamt that there was a shadowy figure in the corner of the living room downstairs. Then, if real life, our bedroom lamp started to turn on and off (not a touchtone lamp). I didn’t get a lot of sleep.
