I also find it odd that people (who have never seen one) believe in the existence of extra terrestrial but will refuse to even entertain the remote possibility of intelligent design, failing to see/admit that both take faith. |

It's odd that people will buy into a virus that reanimated a corpse but won't buy into the possibility of a condition causing our bodies to unnaturally age and die (punishment for original sin).

It's disappointing that the sermon on this Gospel reading often degenerates into eco-justice rather than talking about spiritual water. Still, the idea if being fountains of water that comes from this Gospel narrative is intriguing.
